Ralph G. Torres has been a sole practitioner since 1986 with expertise in employment and labor discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour, FLSA, OSHA compliance, and administrative law. Mr. Torres presently represents both claimants and management in actions filed in state and federal courts in Colorado and other states and before state and federal regulatory agencies.
Mr. Torres lectures extensively in the areas of EEO and employment discrimination for the Hispanic National Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association, at various local universities and colleges and before various community groups, including state and federal agencies. He presents seminars for clients and managers on a whole range of labor, EEO and employment discrimination topics.
